Visualising esophagus (Food pipe), stomach and initial part of small bowel with upper GI scopy and visualising large bowel with colonoscopy is done routinely for patients with related disorders. Biopsy and therapeutic procedures including banding for bleeding varices, snare polypectomy are also done
